THE ESSENTIALS

YOU MIGHT BE LOOKING FOR:

A planner to come alongside to be a resource as needed while you handle booking vendors and the get started! This is more than a "month-of" planning option. We have tools and a wedding workflow you will have access to right away! We'll then take over vendor management and communication starting 6-8 weeks before your wedding. It's the perfect fit to help bring your vision to life.

WHAT'S INCLUDED:

  • Planning Kickoff Meeting to discuss vendors, provide industry suggestions and next steps

  • Interactive Planning Portal during entire planning process

  • Exclusive preferred Vendor List

  • In-Depth Details Meeting 6 - 8 weeks before wedding

  • Planner to handle vendor management and vendor communication beginning 6 - 8 weeks before wedding

PARTIAL PLANNING

YOU MIGHT BE LOOKING FOR:

A planner to provide more assistance with vendors and to take stress off your plate! We'll meet within the first week of booking to sit down and discuss where you're at with the planning, what's outstanding and we'll talk through priorities and budget. We'll then help source your remaining vendors, meet you at the venue for a walkthru and assist in creating the event floor plan and a seamless timeline as well as guidance with guest experience to help ensure each and every intentional detail is in place.

WHAT'S INCLUDED:

  • **Includes all services outlined in The Essential Package plus the following:

  • Onsite venue walk-thru

  • Floor plan creation and assistance with flow, seating arrangements and layout

  • Assistance sourcing and booking (3) Key Vendors

  • Guidance with budget allotment for vendors in assistance

  • Proposal and contract review for vendors in assistance

  • Communication with Lead Planner during planning process

  • Decor review prior to event day to review placement, setup needs and requirements, etc.

CUSTOM PLANNING

YOU MIGHT BE LOOKING FOR:

A custom planning package to fit exactly what you're looking for. Perhaps you want additional vendor support or more design assistance in lieu of additional vendors - regardless the scenario, we can create a package for you! in fact, we get excited about custom packages - it's about YOU.

FLOOR PLAN CREATION

Add on Floor Plan assistance and creation to any package or project. A well-designed layout is key to establishing intentional flow and guest experience.

IN-HOUSE DECOR INVENTORY

We have a great selection of day-of rental items (from tabletop items to custom pieces). We can also build specialty items for your event or space!

MULTI-DAY EVENTS
