Owner, Event Manager + Life Lovin' Guru

I love my job. Period. After graduating from Baylor University with a degree in Journalism, my creative spirit took me to Los Angeles where I dug my heels into interior design. I met a boy who then took me to San Francisco. This boy happens to now be my husband. I was given the amazing opportunity to work with the creative geniuses behind Pottery Barn at their headquarters. While I continue to have a passion for design, I was itching for something more. I knew God was calling me to take a leap of faith. I entered the wedding world in 2012. I fell in love with everything about it so decided to make planning my career and never looked back.

 

Some say I didn't apply my college degree but I beg to differ. I spend day in and day out telling people's stories. Journalism at its best. Weddings are a story - sometimes the best story ever told. My story? I'm married with two little kiddos. I convinced my husband that Texas isn't only about BBQ and cowboys and made a case that he couldn't turn down. We packed up our lives and made our way to Dallas - our new home. It feels like all is right in the world (crazy but right).

Event Manager + Stylist

I am a California girl; born in Santa Monica, then moved to San Francisco, but ultimately grew up in Palos Verdes, a coastal beach city in Los Angeles! I spent the last four years in Phoenix, where I received my Bachelor’s in Communication, and a certificate in Special Event Management at Arizona State University! When I wasn't studying, I was a member of ASU's cheer team and on the executive board of my sorority, Pi Beta Phi. I also worked as an Event Coordinator Assistant at Bloguettes; planning, executing, and creating the design and overall look and feel of all our events. Arizona holds a special place in my heart because it's where I began my wedding story.

 

I met my amazing husband my freshman year. We got engaged three years later in New York City, on a dreamy snowy day in the middle of Central Park, and we had our wedding this past November in Malibu! Upon graduation, we decided to make the big move to Dallas, and we LOVE it! I love to spend my free time shopping, hitting up new local restaurants, spending time with my family, going to church, taking pictures, adventuring, and enjoying life! I have a passion for making plans and executing them with ease, while creating a beautiful place to entertain guests. Getting to plan my own wedding this past year was an amazing experience, and I hope to use my knowledge to help other brides and grooms to create the wedding of their dreams. I can't wait to be a part of your wedding story!

I like to say I'm a southern girl raised by northerners - I have all of the southern hospitality minus the accent.  ;)  I recently moved to Dallas from south Louisiana and have absolutely fallen in love with this city!

 

I have a passion for people (and rescue pups) and LOVE LOVE LOVE design! I have been blessed to pursue several of my dreams since graduating LSU in 2014. Whether I'm teaching kiddos, traveling, doing a photo-shoot, or designing an event space, I give my projects 100% and value delivering quality work!

Event Manager, Lead Coordinator

Born and raised in Kentucky, I picked up my life as a college graduate and moved to Dallas with the biggest leap of faith I’ve ever taken. I’ve been in the fashion industry since I was 12 doing what I’ve always known - Styling, marketing, events, social media, branding, you name it. But after dabbling in the wedding industry in 2011, I never lost my love of weddings. I've executed hundreds of showers, fashion shows, luncheons, etc. but no words describe the feeling of watching a wedding come together from beginning to end.

My job is to make sure that the wedding day and entire planning experience is stress-free and exactly as you’ve imagined it. I have a gift of organizing and paying strategic attention to detail, and I pride myself in creating a wedding budget that works for you. I love getting a great deal and work hard to make sure you get the most for your money.

A man once told me, “You can’t possibly plan a wedding and not be thinking about your own.” And while I would love to give him credit for the truth in that, I have found that each wedding I plan or coordinate is just as special to me as my own would be. I love that I get to develop a personal relationship with each couple, and help them live out their dream. And I look forward to getting to do that with you!

Planning Manager + Assistant Coordinator

Dallas girl born and raised. Lover of fashion, elephants and Ellen DeGeneres! Growing up, I was always the friend that planned all the outings and events for everyone, and really enjoyed it. At that time, it never crossed my mind as something I could do in the future as a career, it was just something that I really enjoyed doing. 

I graduated from Sam Houston State University...Eat Em Up Kats!...with a bachelors in Family & Consumer Science, and I went more towards the fashion route with my degree. I was blessed to work in so many fields of that world from fashion shows to PR events to retail management to women's wholesale, but I knew something was missing, and being in fashion wasn't my end goal.

I'm such a sucker for love, and I knew weddings is where I needed to be. I wanted to be a part of something intimate and special, and help couples make their dream day come true. There is a quote that has always resonated me. "Once in awhile, right in the middle of an ordinary life, love gives us a fairy tale," and I want to help be apart of making that fairytale come true.

Assistant Coordinator

In 2014 I was just a Kentucky girl looking for a fresh start. Little did I know, that fresh start would be Dallas, Texas! I moved here with a lot of doubt and even more uncertainty. But, I also brought with me a heart full of faith and an eagerness for self discovery. Since then, I have been searching for my niche here.

Growing up, I didn't really know what I wanted to do or be. I did know that I loved people, meeting their needs, and seeing them smile, but wasn't exactly sure how to utilize my passion for people to truly make a difference. After getting my bachelors from Western Kentucky University in Communication Studies, I set out looking for a way to do just that.  From working in children's ministry, to banking, serving in a restaurant, to customer service (and much more), I have done my best to keep that passion alive.

This year, I graciously encountered a sweet lady named Stacy who opened up a world to me that I have absolutely fallen in love with. Being a part of the wedding world is a dream I didn't even know I had! I can't think of a better way to meet a need and see some smiles, then by getting to assist in making sure that the most important day of someones life is stress free, lovely, and FUN and I can't wait to do that for you!
